It is awarded to those who receive a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor® community over a 12-month period. Out of 8 million listings, fewer than one percent achieved this milestone. 

The Keeter Center also received recognition in the top 10 nationwide as a winner of the best "Hidden Gems" in the United States.

The College of the Ozarks is a religious, non-profit, educational institution. Celebrate and show how much you care for your valentine with an elegant dinner at The Keeter Center.

Your evening includes four courses from a menu curated by our culinary staff and your selection of a dinner entree. 

 

MENU: 

Amuse Bouche 

Quail à l’Orange: Orange Marinated Quail Breast Poached in Schmaltz, Topped with Radish Greens, and Crispy Fried Chick-a-Roni and Red Fire Stix 

Starter  

Seafood Charcuterie: Gravlox of Flounder, Smoked Salmon, Bay Scallop Ceviche, Smoked Shrimp. Butter Poached Lobster, with Sea Asparagus Salad and Mignonette Sauce 

Entrée Selections

Pan-Seared Airline Breast of Chicken: Truffle Oil and Parmesan Fries and Buttered Heirloom Carrots and Purple Cauliflower Puree  

Pork Tomahawk Roast: Fennel and Garlic Rubbed Tomahawk Roast of Pork Loin with pepper Jelly Glaze, Herbed Sweet Potato Mashed, Baby Carrots and Asparagus 

Beef Tournedos: Pan-seared twin Filets served on Roasted Corn and Potato Latke with Mushroom Ragout and Marsala Demi-Glace.

Frutti Di Mare: Clams, Scallops, Lobster, Mussels, and Calamari Tossed in Squid Ink Casarecce, with a Rich Tomato Broth 

Vegetarian Wellington: Grilled Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Roasted Red Peppers, Roasted Poblano Peppers, Eggplant, Mushroom Duxelles, Boursin Cream Cheese wrapped in a Light Puff Pastry

Dessert

The Last Dance: Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Bavarian and Raspberry Chocolate Pot de Crème 

 

We require a deposit for holiday events.

For parties of up to four people, a $50 deposit. For groups of 5-10 people or more, a $100 deposit, and for groups of 11 people or more, a $200 deposit. All deposits are non-refundable but do apply towards your final dining bill. The pricing for Valentine's Dinner 2025 four-course dining experience is $75 per guest. Beverages and sales tax are additional charges. A children's menu is available for children 12 and younger priced at $32.50 per child. Children ages three and under are complimentary.
