The Keeter Center Saturday Sessions: Cultured & Cured | Saturday, June 13
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Introducing Saturday Sessions—a new hands-on culinary workshop at The Keeter Center designed for those who want to learn, create, and savor. Our first experience, Cultured & Cured, invites guests into the art of traditional food craftsmanship with an immersive, chef-led class.
Join Head Chef Aaron Fowler for an exclusive, small-group workshop focused on the techniques behind sausage and cheese making. From start to finish, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for these time-honored methods while creating your own handcrafted selections.
After the class, enjoy a farm-to-fork luncheon featuring a thoughtfully prepared menu—including center-cut pork chops, Edwards Mill grits, roasted campus vegetables, and raspberry pie with vanilla ice cream—incorporating elements made during the session.
With a limited capacity of just 16 guests, this intimate experience offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from our culinary team while enjoying the elevated hospitality that defines The Keeter Center. Each participant will also receive a curated gift bag, branded apron, and cookbook to continue the experience at home.
