What's Included:
Succulent Planting Workshop: Led by Nathan Bell, College of the Ozarks’ Greenhouse Supervisor. Nathan has been with the greenhouse since 2003 and is an accredited judge with the American Orchid Association for nineteen years. He oversees the production of hydroponic lettuce and herbs for The Keeter Center’s restaurant, manages the Clint McDade Orchid collection, and supervises the cultivation of up to 100,000 annuals and houseplants each year.
All Planting Materials Provided: Each participant will receive a planting pot, succulents, and soil to create their own beautiful succulent arrangement.
Delicious Appetizers & Beverages: Enjoy a variety of delightful appetizers and refreshments on the veranda, including:
- Spiced olives
- Olive tapenade
- Eggplant tomato tapenade in a cucumber
- Horseradish pimento cheese crostini
- White bean hummus with mint and feta crostini
- Pan con Tomate (Spanish tomato bread)
- Individual vegetable crudités
- Miniature fruit kabobs with blackberry Greek yogurt
- Date, fig, and toasted walnut energy balls
- Succulent cupcakes
Cost:
$60 per person. Prices includes tax and processing fee. Gratuity not included.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation for no charge up until 14 business days prior to event.
Important Note:
The event on the veranda is weather permitting. Should inclement weather prevent us from using the veranda, the event will be moved into the Silver Dollar City Parlor.
