Farm to Fork Philosophy
Our chefs pride themselves on bringing the freshest ingredients to the table. Based on seasonality, we strive to bring vegetables from our campus garden, hydroponics from our campus greenhouses, campus pork products, and student-made products such as fruit spreads, milled goods, and more. Be sure to save room for our incredible premium ice cream made fresh from milk from our campus dairy.
