For leisurely days, enjoy your specialty coffee and fresh-baked pastries in a cozy corner of our lobby as you read the paper or your daily devotional. The Bakery located inside The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks is the perfect place for your coffee and pastry needs in Branson, MO.
In between sightseeing and shopping trips, visit Dobyns Dining Room located inside The Keeter Center for a student-prepared and served, farm-to-table lunch service.

Before ending your busy day with a signature Branson show, visit The Dobyns Dining Room located inside The Keeter Center for an intimate dinner with family or friends. Visit The Keeter Center at the award-winning Sunday Brunch with a variety of dishes, served on an extravagant buffet. Full breakfast selections at the Farmhouse include personalized omelets and waffles. The Marketplace features our Chef’s beautiful ice sculpture, hand-cut fresh seasonal fruits, domestic and imported cheeses, crudités, and made-to-order Caesar salads. Creative culinary delights abound at the Chef’s Table where you will find original seafood creations and carved award-winning College of the Ozarks smoked ham. Browse the finest sweets and dessert display in the Ozarks at the Bakeshop. The professional and friendly student waitstaff is prepared to accommodate your family and friends in the rustic elegant Dobyns Dining Room, making your Sunday Brunch memorable.

Our chefs pride themselves in bringing the freshest ingredients to the table. Based on seasonality, we strive to bring vegetables from our campus garden, hydroponics from our campus greenhouses, campus pork products, and student-made products such as fruit-spreads, milled goods, and more. Be sure to save room for our incredible premium ice cream made fresh from milk from our campus dairy.

A: We pride ourselves on allowing guests to savor their experience while dining at Dobyns Dining Room. This is your time to relax and enjoy spending time with loved ones as our student servers take care of your every need. Because of our fine dining service approach, we do recommend arriving early to get on the waitlist and enjoy perusing the gift shop, the military gallery, or other special points of interest at the College. A: We strive to provide world-class service to every guest. We do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen-friendly items or separate dining areas for guests with allergies or intolerances. However, we instruct our culinary and service staff to assist with and help identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for our guests with food allergies. Please ask your server for menu selection assistance if you have food allergies or ask to speak with one of our chefs.
INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups Edwards Mill Biscuit Mix 1 cup milk ½ cup unsalted butter or shortening 2 tsp cimmamon 1 cup dried cranberries
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place biscuit mix in large mixing bowl, cut in butter or shortening with pastry cutter or fork until it resembles small, coarse crumbs.
Add milk, cinnamon and cranberries, stir just until combined. Form dough into a ball on floured surface. Pat out 1 ½" thickness. Cut biscuits with biscuit cutter, using a press and lift action. Place biscuits on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, rotate pan, and then bake an additional 4-5 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve warm with our student-made fruit spreads.
